GEICO.com and GIECO app Redesign

Two quotes define this work for me. One, from the COO of GIECO after reviewing our proposal, asked, “Is this my brand?”. The second was the creative director promising that “I will make customers smile when they pay their bill!”. What GEICO saw in this project was a more holistic view of design and how it would bring the company together and also deliver on the brand promise of being simple, easy, and customer-focused. Our design, starting with the mobile app, permeated throughout all digital product touch-points across the organization and yielded great results for new quotes and improved brand perception.

While GEICO has continued to evloved the design, its fantastic to see the building blocks we created are the foundation for that.
